| We strive to offer customers with high quality, affordable server solutions that fit their individual needs and budget.
We provide the following solutions to our customers. Meanwhile, we also support our customers to build up and manage their own network businesses in a short period of time with low cost. |
| |
| 1. Housing Service |
| We take care of customers' servers in our Data Center premises and provide a wide range of supports from technical support on Daily Monitoring, Firewall Protection, Web/ Mail Servers Maintenance, to Application Server and Database Hosting Services. |
| |
| 2. Hosting Service |
| Without investing in expensive servers or struggling on configuring dedicated lines, customer can enjoy email services, domain registration and a fully featured e-commerce service package. We assign both of disk space and bandwidth usages on our servers based on customers' needs and budget, so that customers can enjoy the optimized Internet access efficiently. |
| |
| These two solutions are the most economical solutions for entry level and small businesses. No matter with solution customer is choosing, our skilled professionals provide user-friend customer care and technical support on issues such as installation, server management, maintenance, network application development, and security protection. |

| High Performance Dedicated Server System |
| We have a variety of server solutions from Single Server System, Double Server Hot Spare Cluster System to Load Balancing Clustering System for customer to choose from. After all, we always intend to recommend the best solution that fit our customers' needs and optimize their practices. |
| |
| 1. Single Server System |
| This system is structured with one or more servers deployed behind a firewall protection. Because it's compact, simple and easy to deploy, it's one of the most popular network solutions. In general, Single Server System is considers to be the best choice for small or medium-size companies to set up network applications or services that include Web/ Mail/ File/ Database Servers. (See Figure.1) |

Advantages:
- Best for companies with relatively low network traffic
- Expandable by upgrading hardware and software
Disadvantages:
- Not recommendable to companies with high network traffic
- Limitations on sufficient expandability

| 2. Double Server Hot Spare Cluster System |
| In an ideal world, the server should never fail. However, servers do fail sometimes to cause disruption on operation and loss to business. Our double Server Hot Spare Cluster System maximizes system tolerance to any failure and provides the highest level of system uptime.
A cluster system comprises of two nodes: Server A node, and Server B node. An optional disk array (RAID) can also be added. The cluster system as a whole provides network services to external network through a virtual IP (VIP).
Server A (main node) and Server B (backup node) have same components installed but been assigned different duties. Server A (main node) is running constantly to provide non-stop services to users/customers, and Server B (backup node) runs the same processes but in a standby mode. If the main node Server A experiences a problem or a component in Server A accidentally fails, the backup node Server B kicks in to take over the operations immediately without impacting user/customer services. Operations, applications and VIP that have been moved across to backup node will be switched back to the main node when the main node is recovered. This Hot Spare Cluster System constantly monitors whether the operating system (main node) is alive and running, and provides zero downtime whenever a server failure occurs.
The cluster system is developed based on the Linux-HA project and Red Hat Clumanager packaged software. By introducing this system into your mission critical operations, it eliminates unexpected system downtime, ensures no data loss, no impact on users, and helps support the need for Internet access to your business at every hour of the day and night. (See Figure. 2) |

Advantages:
- Best for crucially important applications and services providers
- Recommended to a system that includes significant nodes and sectors, for example, Database Server, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Application Server
Disadvantages:
- From time to time, workload performance is approximately as same as a Single Server System does, since only one server node is workable
- Expandability is relatively restricted due to a heavy reliance on two nodes

| 3. Load Balancing Clustering System |
| Load Balancing Clustering System integrates multiple servers that share the load of incoming IP traffics in an equitably distributed manner. The system handles incoming requests independent of one another, and each of the servers runs at full capacity, while all incoming requests receive timely responses concurrently. This clustering system is especially recommended to E-Commence applications and Web-based Service providers that require key functions to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The cluster includes two types of servers: (1). A Load Balancer (Director Router, ¡°DR¡±), which serves to balance incoming IP traffics among Applications Servers; and (2). A range of Application Servers (Real Server, ¡°RS¡±), also called ¡°nodes¡±, which are intended to provide mission-critical applications such as web access, email delivery, financial transactions, database access, data storage and file transfer services to customers/users. Load balancing requests also occur between nodes for monitoring services, detecting failure on node, and automatic fail-over and reintegration the failed node into the cluster upon recovery. The basic idea behind Load Balancing Clustering System is that by distributing the load proportionally among all the servers in the cluster, the cluster is scalable, all servers are fully utilized, and applications on all nodes are acting as a functional unit to users. (See Figure. 3) |

| |
| This clustering system was developed based on the LVS (Linux Virtual Server) Project, and supports 10 kinds of load balancing algorithms. It is suitable for large-scale businesses require mission-critical applications and web services continuously to be provided. This system delivers enterprise traffic with greater scalability, easier manageability, and higher reliability. |
| |
Advantages:
- Great scalability, high reliability and manageability
- Performance-optimized, efficient and flexible to add in node/RS
- Best for enterprise network applications, high availability by automatic fail-over detection

| |
| All these server systems and solutions are developed on Windows servers, Linux OS and many other open source applications as well. Customers can choose one from them without investing in enormous time and money to build up a system by own from the very beginning. Our skilled professionals will provide full support to users from Hardware/Software Installation, Server Management, Monitoring, Application Development, Technician Training, to a variety of network services and solutions. |
