On May 18, 2023, FFalcon Technology unveiled its new consumer-grade XR glasses, the Air Plus glasses, and the versatile audio-visual entertainment terminal, the Magic Box, priced at approximately $400.
The Air Plus glasses supports a maximum equivalent screen display of 215 inches at 6 meters, utilizing Micro OLED display technology with a resolution of 1080P, an eye-brightness of 600 nits, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It can be connected to other devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, enabling various use cases like watching videos, playing games, and office work.
In terms of specifications, the Air Plus glasses, adopts the BirdBath optical module and features a flagship-grade Sony Micro OLED display screen. It boasts a maximum eye-brightness of 600 nits and an impressive contrast ratio of 100,000:1. With a large FOV of 49°, it provides an immersive display effect equivalent to 146 inches at a 4-meter distance and 215 inches at a 6-meter distance.
FFalcon Technology has also enhanced the Air Plus glasses, with its office-oriented features. The Mirror Studio AR desktop application, compatible with Windows systems, allows for multi-window collaboration when connected to a laptop. It also ensures high privacy protection, as the screen content can only be viewed by the user.
In terms of design, the Air Plus glasses, maintains a fashionable sunglass-like appearance that is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to carry. The newly upgraded air capsule nose pad is made of soft and skin-friendly material with flexibility, greatly improving wearing comfort. Coupled with the upgraded audio system, it provides a better sense of privacy and immersion.
